Acceptance of Terms

• By accepting this proposal/quote (“Proposal”), the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms outlined herein. This Proposal constitutes a contract for the purchase of materials and/or services as described. If not accepted within 30 days, Hoffmann Lock & Glass LLC (“Hoffmann”) reserves the right to amend the services, equipment, and prices.

Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly on or before the 15th of each month for completed work and stored materials. Final payment is due 30 days after substantial completion of the work. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or the right for Hoffmann to file a lien.

Delays

• Hoffmann is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to delays by the Owner, Contractor, or unforeseen events. Adjustments to the contract amount and schedule may be made for unavoidable delays.

Construction Schedule

• A mutually agreed-upon construction schedule will outline activities and timelines. Work performed outside of agreed hours may incur additional charges.

Change Orders

• Changes to the scope of work must be documented through an approved change order. Unapproved back charges will not be honored.

Protection of Work

• Hoffmann is not responsible for damages after installation. Any damage caused by others must be reported immediately. Protection of materials during installation must be coordinated with the Contractor.

Warranty

• Hoffmann guarantees its workmanship for one year from the date of installation. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or modifications not performed by Hoffmann.

Indemnification

• Hoffmann agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor and Owner for any damages directly caused by Hoffmann’s negligence.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation before arbitration.

Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the project is located.

• Hoffmann Lock & Glass LLC offers 24-hour emergency services to address urgent glass-related needs. Customers are encouraged to contact us anytime for immediate assistance.

• Hoffmann specializes in custom glass solutions, including patterned glass and energy-efficient options, tailored to meet the specific needs of residential and commercial clients.
